Problems with the game itself
Account access, purchases, crashes, missing entitlements and bug reports all belong with IllFonic rather than here. The developer publishes a support address and an official Discord on its own support page, linked from the pages on this site that cite it. Those are the developer’s channels — this wiki has no access to them, cannot see your ticket, and cannot act on your account.
Corrections to a page on this site
Factual corrections are welcome and are the most useful thing anyone can raise. A good correction names the page, quotes the claim that is wrong, and points to a source that contradicts it. Version-sensitive facts — pricing, requirements, patch state, edition contents — go stale quickly, so a dated source carries more weight than a recollection.
This site does not run a support inbox
This wiki currently provides no public contact address, form or ticket queue. The developer’s support channels are for the game and do not reach this site’s owner. The sourcing and review approach for this wiki is described in its editorial policy.
