Phantom follows the digital pre-order deadline
The developer ties Phantom to digital pre-orders and says it will not be sold after launch. The announced standard digital unlock is September 8, 2026 at 9 AM PT, equivalent to 16:00 UTC and September 9 at 00:00 in China. A September 8 calendar date alone does not mean that worldwide unlock has happened. Check the actual storefront entitlement and deadline before buying; this wiki cannot guarantee that a retailer still accepts qualifying pre-orders. After launch, the announcement supplies no separate purchase route for Phantom.
Advance access is not exclusivity
Console-only, and a month later
Clown and Samhain arrive with the physical editions on October 6 for PS5 and Xbox Series X. There is no PC disc, so PC players have no announced route to either skin. Whether they are sold separately later is unaddressed.
Civilian cosmetics work differently
Michael’s named skins are purchase-linked. The civilian roster’s alternate costumes are not — those unlock by completing challenges in the single-player story, including looks drawn from the original film. The physical editions also include two or four civilian cosmetics depending on the box, which are again advance access rather than exclusives.
