What each listing actually promises

Storefront capability tags are publisher-declared metadata, which makes them reliable for what a feature is called and unreliable for how it behaves. The Xbox listing is the more detailed of the two, and it is where the crossplay claim comes from.

Two capability tags establish that the feature is claimed. They do not establish that a PS5 player can invite a Steam player, that a party survives a platform mismatch, or that there is a switch to turn it off. None of that has been published. It is a real answer to say the feature is listed and the mechanics are not documented, and it is a better answer than inventing an invite flow that nobody has verified.

Cross-progression is a separate question, and it is unanswered

Steam and Epic are separate distributions of the same PC build, and the published system requirements apply to both. The requirements list Windows 11, an SSD or NVMe drive, 45 GB and a broadband connection on both the minimum and recommended tiers. There is no PC disc edition, so a physical copy is not a route onto PC.

Language support

The Steam language table lists interface and subtitle support for English, French, Italian, German, Spanish (Spain), Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Russian, Korean and Brazilian Portuguese. Full audio is marked for English only. Check the separate columns rather than treating a supported interface language as a promise of dubbed dialogue.
